this one is all out of stock. it needs to pref have a wardrobe (the end one would have been great) and a ladder that goes up the side rather than sticks out (lack of space), also he wants a desk underneath. i dont like the metal or the pine ones, it needs to be a maple effect type colour to match the furniture. not asking for much i know.
