A strange request perhaps... but am struggling to afford Clarks shoes at present, as i'm sure you will all understand!
But have seen eBay have quite a few new and used for very resonable prices. Only problem is I want to check am buying right size for dd. (both lenght and width)
Does anyone know where i can find a foot gage to measure her feet?? (she is only size 4 at present)

Can't really go into clarks get her measured then say; 'were not buying today!', so that I can come home and get them from eBay!!! Although I had thought about it!!!

Yes you can, I do. Well, I do buy from there but get dd's feet measured every so often as she's only 18mths.

LIZS · 10/11/2006 12:04

Oh, you can go into Clarks and then decide nothing is right !!! Trouble is their sizing isn't consistent with any other brands.

Back of a Next Catalogue
I would second the poster re Clarkes sizes being different to everywhere else

blueamema · 10/11/2006 12:07

will buy clarks whatever so size shouldn't be a problem.

Vertbaudet sell foot gauges, blue plastic things.

indignatio · 10/11/2006 12:13

Next Directory doesn't do widths - sorry

LIZS · 10/11/2006 12:17

Don't think the Vertbaudet does width either - even then it would n't be relevant to Clarks' shoes.

DumbledoresGirl · 10/11/2006 12:19

I have seen foot gauges in M&S. You could nip in there and measure her feet without being expected to buy a pair of shoes.

LadyMuck · 10/11/2006 12:23

Clarks recommend that you get measured every 6 weeks so at this age they'll be more than happy to measure dd and for you to buy no shoes. Don't worry about it at all.

thanks, will do.
