Let down by EE

I'm blown away by how shockingly bad EE are at providing their, so called biggest & best network! Not only did their signal become so bad in my area that I was forced to get a temporary phone to use when I had our little boy in December as I have zero signal in our house now & they wouldn't do anything about it (& my husband was a business customer as well & they wouldn't do anything to improve the signal for him either). When I tried to cancel my contract on the grounds that I wasn't getting the basic service I was paying a premium for they refused to release my PAC code until I paid over £200!!! Not what you need to be hit with when on maternity pay!
And worse when I challenged them on the contract dates (as I'm certain I had reached the end if my contract) & asked then to send be a copy of my contract they hung up on me!
I'm so disgusted with how badly they treat their customers. I hope none of you guys have been burnt in the same way - although I'd love to hear if you have.
And I would strongly recommend avoiding EE like the plague! They charge like wounded bulls for a shockingly bad dervice & treat their customers poorly.
