Xmas present recommendations for girls - 13yrs and 15yrs?

I need some inspiration for some presents for my nieces - one is 13, one is 15 - and only want to spend £15 ea (have lots of other nieces and nephews!)

I always used to buy them tops etc from H&M, but one is pretty tubby and I don't want her to be embarrassed if something didn't fit - and she's not really old enough for adult clothes yet.

Any ideas?!

Also, for another 15yr old girl, what perfume would you recommend? Don't mind cost for this one!

perfume i love escada pacific paradise, jean paul gaultier, the dkny apple one, hugo boss intense or ghost.

oh funky bead bracelets and necklaces are cool too and little mini bags like this (you can get them for about £5- £10 in shops like H&M and miss selfridge!) H&M have got some lovely belts and scarves in at the moment as well (size doesn't matter in this case)
