Photo printer as gift for about £50?

I'm after some advice - I haven't a clue about these printers but would like to get one for my parents' christmas present. Seen one on Amazon "HC Photosmart C3180 all-in-one printer" for £60, is this any good does anyone know?

can someone tell me what "Direct photo printing from PictBridge compatible cameras" means please? would all fairly new-ish digital cameras be compatible with whatever this is??
