Anyone know how to set timer on elecric cookers?

its a belling and brough of dh work mate and she forgot instructions.

on all the ones i use (which is about 5) you press and hold in 3 of the 4 cooking buttons... then do up and down to adjust the time

current work one its alarmbell button AND cooking time AND cooking end time
