Scooby Doo Stuff

Since going to see the second film DD is now obsessed with being Daphne and as it's her birthday coming up I want to buy her a couple of things Daphne related.

I've seen stuff on ebay that I quite fancy, but also want to know if they are available in UK shops so I can compare prices, have tried looking via a google search, but not getting much that makes sense!! Anyone any ideas about:

Barbie as Daphne

Daphne Pyjamas

Also am looking for anything else related so has anyone seen anything in the shops with Daphne on it or anything that might be on a similar theme??

And as a final thing DD wants a purple bag like Daphne's in the first Scooby live action movie, which is a purple clutch bag. Have already tried ebay and there is nothing that is really what I need (ie dark purple clutch bag) anyone seen one/know where there is one/have one I could buy???

OK, after a search, you can get Barbie as Daphne (WHY?!) here but it's USA so you'd have to see if they'll ship to UK

You see Barbie and Daphne are DD's current 2 obsessions (and she is only 3 so I kind of forgive her!) so as a present it would be a twofer (two fer one hehehehehe)

I have to say, Warner aren't that hot on merchandising are they? I didn't get much coming up on searches. No idea where you'd get a purple clutch. Charity shop? Aah, I can see why the Barbie appeals. BTW, I meant WHY? in the sense of why would they do Barbie as Daphne, I mean, surely she's Barbie and can't therefore be Daphne too iyswim? But hey, I bet 3yo girls don't see it like that

Adams and BHS both have boy's Scooby Do pants... maybe they have some of the other stuff, too? I saw a Scooby-mobile lunchbox in a posh dept. store today, too (local Norwich store, so maybe not much help).

What if you got a white bag and dyed it? Just an idea!

For DD it has to be Daphne all the way, she has even made everyone at nursery call her Daphne and refuses to talk to them if they use her real name, oh and us as well, I'm Velma, Daddy is Fread and DS is Shaggy. The poor cat is Scooby and our rat is scrappy (cept she calls him scrabby).

Have just bought a Barbie off Ebay, and would like to find the pj's if I can as she would be over the moon, might try the WB shop at Meadowhell. Might just have to try your bag idea moodyzebra, I cannot face a seriously stroppy Daphne on her birthday with nowhere to put her scoobysnax!!!
