Does anyone sell warm nightdresses for girls anymore?

My dd1 is about to turn 4.
She's not dry at night and we got sick of buying pull-ups for the past 19 months so we've changed over to the Motherease bedwetter pants. These pants are extremely bulky and don't fit well under PJ trousers. It was fine during the summer when she'd go to bed in just a PJ top.

Now that winter is here I'd like to get her some warm nightdresses but can't find anywhere that sells them? Any ideas?

Buying larger pyjamas probably isn't the answer since she's a petite 4 year old and even the 3-4 year old pyjamas she has are too long in the leg.

Any ideas anyone?
