The time is looming for dd1 birthday she will turn 14, I am so happy. The day before her birthday we are doing a family trip all around London because unfortunately we are moving countries so this is her 14th and last birthday in the UK. We are planning to visit shops(a lot!!), and the London Eye&Dungeons&Sea Life. If anyone has any good restaurants to eat in advice would be appreciated, family friendly restaurants price does not matter.

Anyhoo, she is adopted I adopted her at the age of 9- I wanted to know if these were presents that teen girls would like:), I try to think like a teen but fail miserablyGrin

I hope she does not think she smells after receiving a lot of body stuff xD

Please let me know if you know of any cool acessories that are 'hip' and your opinions on her presents :*

She's getting ALL those presents?!
or have I misread

aproudmummy · 20/04/2015 22:04

Yes she is XD. From the age of 3 onwards she never really celebrated her birthday and when I adopted her I didn't know how she celebrated it when I found out she didn't really celebrate it I vowed to make her other birthdays memorable:)
These 5 years with me has been a stable nuturing environment, where she made a lot of friends and fell in love with London, I do feel guilty that we have to move all the way to USA..

So I am trying to remedy this:D

I'm sure that she knows how much she is loved by you. You don't need to buy her love with presents iyswim.
That does seem like an overwhelmingly large amount of presents for one person in one go.

Happy birthday to your DD though, I hope she enjoys her day.
