I want a hooded towel for ds (age 3) like the ones that JoJo sell in the summer. Anyone seen them?

...oooh pants...there shouldn't be an apostrophe in the thread title so now the grammer-police will ignore me...

thanks lostinfrance, i've just looked at them online and they're great

but why-oh-why do companies insist on doing a boy and a girl version of everything? i have ds (aged 3) and a baby girl and ideally a neutral red would be great so I could pass it on...

tassis,

i think the towels come in one size and so will fit up to about age 10. ds has one which is to his ankles but have seen on older kids and it just covers their bot! so, gender specific ones would be fine cos you'll need one for each of them...

have you had anymore luck at sourcing any?

JackieNo · 03/11/2006 19:33

Not quite the same, but how about these (but fearsomely £££ )?

bossykate · 03/11/2006 19:41

the mitty james ones are gorgeous. in order to justify the cost i bought ones that were very big for ds and dd (will last at least 2 more likely 3 yrs) and comforted myself with the notion they could easily be sold on via ebay...

they are absolutely lovely.

Monkeybar · 03/11/2006 19:46

I THINK Jo Jo still do them in the winter - I'm not sure if what I've just received from them is what you mean, but I've had some swim shorts, a poncho towel thing and a polarfleece winter cover all thing, all from their winter catalogue (there's a few pages of beachwear in it)

JackieNo · 03/11/2006 20:23

Yes - here they are in bright unisex colours, too.

AllieBanger · 03/11/2006 20:25

do you have a savers chemist near you. Got dd one with a mermaid and ds one with a pirate on 2 weeks ago for £1.99 each

mummydear · 03/11/2006 20:55

Have a look at this ..page 9 . details of a hooded towel seller.

towel seller recommended

mummydear · 03/11/2006 20:58

Link doesn't seem to work

try this

choose midsurrey edition and its on page 9 of latest edition

mummydear · 03/11/2006 20:59

Ok I give up go to this website

www.thegrapevine.co.uk

find mid surrey edition etc etc

tassis · 04/11/2006 14:25

Fantastic, thanks monkeybar and JackieNo, it was the bright coloured JoJo ones that I had in mind! I don't have a winter catalogue and my online search of their sight didn't reveal any towels.

Liking the towcho and mitty james ones a lot too.

Thanks everyone!
