well I've read a couple of reviews now to suggest that it's hard to get your moeny back

orange called me yesterday and asked me if i wanted an early upgrade

they are sending me the nokia n73, giving me 10% off my monthly contract price and i am swapping to their free broadband

30 quid a month (well minus 10%) for 500 texts and 200 minutes anytime cross network

The 'free' offers are normally done by voucher redemption. The rules tend to be very strict, you have to send the vouchers at exactly the right time, with copy bills etc. They find the slightest excuse not to pay out.

I am on 3G network and used a 12mths half price line rental offer. I paid £30 each month and then had to send a copy of my 5th 8th and 12th month bills by recorded delivery within 14 days to get my money back by cheque. As long as you send everything on time you should have no problems.

They rely on people forgetting to send in their bills on time, you get the money back in 3 installments but I had to pay the full price first. I was too late in sending my 12 month bill so got no money back for the last three months of my line rental! Other than that never had any problems
