I know it's been done before but I need to decide which breadmaker to buy!

I had decided on the Panasonic one with the automatic nut/seed dispenser thing (very expensive). Then was in a local shop today and they have a Morphy Richards fastbake (Argos £70) reduced to £50. Could I justify the extra spend on the Panasonic or would the Morphy Richards be as good?

This is my birthday present by the way- how sad am I?

Morphy Richards one is great - we have it and it does everything you could ask of it - it makes bread! Saw it for an unbelievable £35 in Tesco's last week...

... and we've got one and it is very good... making dough to shae into your owns buns is really lovely!!! ... almost makes you think that you baked the bread all by yourself!!!

im very happy with my panasonic nut dispenser one.

I have a morphy richards and it's great. I think that how much you spend on it depends on how much you really think you will use it. Will it be a novelty for the first few months only to find its way into the cupboard once the novelty wears off?

Panasonic nut dispenser.....fantastic

scotgirl, you're looking outnumbered at the moment! It just means all the money will go on the breadmaker, Currys have got it on an online offer at the moment.
