My Neice has asked to make bath bombs for her mum for xmas, I have all the ingredients, but I cant seem to get hold of any citric acid, looked on web but only ones I have found seems to have really high postage costs.

Can't you just use lemon juice?

Chemists sell it - try Boots.

Try not to look shifty though, it can be used to make bombs so they sometimes refuse to sell it.

It's an ingredient in homebrew wine, so try shops that do homebrew stuff - I used to get it from Boots, as larger branches had big homebrew sections, but I notice our local health food shop has homebrew ingredients too.

Boots sell it..isn't it what is sued to clean sterilisers...? If so I used to buy the liquid version from boots.
