I was given a Moulinex Ovatio-2 food processor recently. Got it out this afternoon to process my massive pan of pumpkin soup, only to discover that the machine doesn't actually fit together.
As anyone out there got one to work? Its the lid locking mechanism that's the problem... it won't slide round to lock it off an activate the switch. The plastic lug is way too big to slide into the part it is meant to slide into.
Is it just me doing it wrong?
Also... any recommendations for me when I go to Currys tomorrow and buy myself a lovely fab huge one that can cope with vast quantities of home made soup?
