On a budget of £100, I'd get a fairly basic buggy and a good quality footmuff thing.

Maybe the Chicco Winter London ? MN rates it !

misdee · 25/10/2006 22:17

go second hand. thats what i tend to do. just got a pliko and its lovely.

NOMurDErousPLUME · 25/10/2006 22:18

I've had Plikos and agree that they are great on the whole. I like the fact that the seat is much further from the ground in the pliko than on traditional stroller type buggies. But you will have to go second hand if you want one of those, they are £250+ brand new !

misdee · 25/10/2006 22:19

i got mine for £60, and use a buggysnuggle with it.

NOMurDErousPLUME · 25/10/2006 22:19

sorry, they are £200+

misdee · 25/10/2006 22:20

NDP they also lie almost completely flat.

i got a 2nd hand pliko for the same price i sold my ryder for. i definatly prefer the pliko.

NOMurDErousPLUME · 25/10/2006 22:21

LisaLisa, have a look on ebay. There are loads of plikos on there usually. Some are only a few months old !

misdee · 25/10/2006 22:21

lisalisa, some things are worth going 2nd hand for

misdee · 25/10/2006 22:23

how about that

NOMurDErousPLUME · 25/10/2006 22:25

Brand new bargain

lisalisa - I don't know where you live but I have a Bebe Confort Limousine in my attic which I keep meaning to bring down, take photos of eBay/sell but I haven't got around to it yet. It's a really nice pram with a slightly bigger seat than most, is cosy, faces forwards or backwards and reclines flat or to any level you want (you control the angle). It's not an umbrella fold though and it's a bit old fashioned looking. If you manage to Google a picture of one, like the look of it and live anywhere near SW London then let me know, otherwise I think they sell them in Liliputts and shops of it's ilk.

Excuse the grammar ... it's late and have had a few drinks!

lisalisa- just want to plug my spare pushchair i have here if i may!
I have an m&p sportline system up for grabs for £75. this includes a raincover and luxury footmuff. the seat lies completely flat.
it has airfilled tyres with full tread and we have found no terrain it cant handle. it goes through mud with no prob. we used it when out winter walking but now i have a double so sadly it needs to go- i dont have the space to keep it.
i want it to go to a mner as it needs a good home i can trust!!
if you aren't interested maybe someone else is? i think i have pics too.
it really is lovely hence i dont want to ebay it to a 'stranger'!
