Opinions please. I find buggies with small wheels so hard to push with my heavy toddler and prefer 3 wheelers so wondered if this would be any good.
TIA, M x

looks pants to me. get a second hand urban detour. faboulous for larger toddlers. loads of leg room. and can be bought cheaply from ebay.

how big is your toddler?

dd2 was over 30lb at 12months and she was fine i na maclaren.

horsemadgal · 22/10/2006 00:01

DS was around 34lb in the summer, he's nearly 3.
I've never had a McLaren, always avoided them coz of the small wheels. I wondered about the Techno Classic though, as the wheels are a bit bigger and rugged looking (IYKWIM). Such a great price in Costco too.
He's too heavy for an Aria and a Pliko (though that was the old one, not the P3).
We have a Zapp and love that, it is so easy to push, but don't like that it doesn't recline.

mac have 8wheels in total, so weight is supported. we buckled the back axis on a citisport with dd2 weight. i had a ryder, and one day we forgot my neices wheelchair (she was 5years old at the time), so put her in it. was fine. similar stling to the techno.

Thanks misdee, will maybe ask if we can try DS in one next time we are in Costco. They have them tied down!!
Unless I can find somewhere else local that sells them.
