Nappy rash cream

DD has had a nasty tummy bug which has left her with a bit of nappy rash i've tried everything
sudocrem - zinc and castor oil cream but neither seem to being working can any one surgest any thing please???

I bought a very expensive one from WAitrose by Neals Yard, not usually big on creams but dd had recurring stinging so tried this, it is absolutely fabulous

i second metanium!!! you only need a smidgeon and no more rash!!!... but be warned it is thick thick stuff!!!
