Hi I need some advice.
I would like an ereader.
It has to have a light as my eyes hurt if I read too long in the dark.
Reasonably priced.
Big range of books
I don't have a credit card so would used gift cards which have to be conveniently available.
Thanks in advance

I have a Kobo which is WHSmith own brand. I have the mini, which does not have a light , but I think the higher spec does. very reasonably priced and I can get library books on it too.

Ok parsley I'll have a look. My only concern with the kobo is its a whsmith product and what would happen if whs went under? The business pages say they're struggling...

I never actually buy books, just have the library ones. Or were you worried about your guarantee?

Do you intent to read it outside? The only reason I ask, is that if you don't then you might be better off with a tablet, which will give you a much bigger scope in terms of that's available and what you can access.
