Have inherited cooker with house and consequently have no instruction book and have never replaced filter. It looks horrible! Questions: Are they universal, or do you have to have specific one for oven (it's Neff) And where do you buy them? And are they easy to change. Boring myself now, sorry.

We also inherited a Neff cooker hood and we had to buy a specific kind, think DH got it from Comet. He changed it very easily and i wouldn't describe him as DIY minded.

We were left instructions but IIRC there's a code on the thing when you take it out.

Thanks very much- knew I could rely on Mumsnet. Have Curry's nearby, will try them.

Another Lakeland purchaser here. You just cut the mat to size and put it in. Ours is a Neff.
