Has anyone ever dealt with these people? I found them to be the worst ever! Rude and not very helpful. Anyone had the same experience??

I used them about 7 years ago and found the quality of the goods a bit iffy

Use their online service a lot, no problems at all, a bit more expensive than some places but they did the trousers with the elastic & buttons inside before most other places caught on to the fact that tall thin children existed

I have being using them for a while but order and pay online. I love the clothes as they are that bit different

... I finally had the final item of my order today after placing it on 21 August...!
They sent my order back 3 times to warehouse ( it never made it to the delivery chap). Spoke so many times to customer services I gave up asking for the person I spoke to the last time and one chap RUDE was an understatement. he made excuses that were pathetic and totally against what was said on the site about delivery .
They said they would email/ call with new delivery times never heard a squeak out of them.
If I use them again it will be a miracle.

I used to use them a lot 5-6 yrs ago as their stuff was funky different and reasonable. i hardly use them now as I find they are so unrelaible they never have anything in stock and when it does arrive quality is not as good as it was before. Haven't ordered this season.

Oh yes. Their stuff is quite nice but every order was wrong and took ages to rectify. Don't bother with them now.

I do like the clothes - have ordered maybe 2 or three times and not had any problems

Their clothes are good if you're looking for something different but their stock levels and delivery times are awful. I ordered some things last year for xmas presents late october and after a lot of chasing I finally got told in January that they were never going to get anymore in so I haven't used them since!!

I bought some long sleeved bodies and a cardy from Vertbaudet and thought it was over priced rubbish. Haven't used them since. Next and La Redoubte are so much better and Redoubte are always giving things away. Then again Cherokee and George are better IMO.

If you're after something ever so slightly different then jojomamambebe can be good if not a bit expensive

I did actually find that they were the only ones of dd1s after 3 yrs old that I could realistically put away for dd2

Oh I'm so glad someone agrees with me! I will never use them again! I dealt with them online first too, and then had to deal with them on the phone and they were rude and didn't seem to know what was going on! Just horrilble!

I have used them for almost 3 years (starting when I lived in France) and never had any problems either. I always order online and never had to call. As far as quality is concerned, I don't like the quality of the Small Price items so I don't order this but the other stuff is great quality. Never had an issue with returns either...
