Car seats for picasso..HELP

will need to get car seats for a picasso... which ones are recommended? Is there a magical list somewhere of seats that fit particular cars. Wouls like to see if the seats we already have would work.... why is this car seat thing so complex?

Britax have an online Fit-finder which will highlight which of theirs in each stage would fit and in which positions in the car. Bit laborious though.

We've got Britax First Class seats which go perfectly in a Picasso. They're extra good because you can use them with just a lap belt which can be useful.

is there anywhere online i can check whether my current car seats have been safety tested for use in a iccassso?

We have bought a Maxi-Cosi Cabrio for the baby, and it fits in our picasso perfectly. DS has grown out of it now but he did have a Britax Club Class Extra (or something like that!!) and that went in fine if you are asking about for an older child.
