Mothercare video lock - how to get it off?

I bought a Mothercare video lock and stupidly threw away the instruction leaflet. It's in place blocking the video slot but I can't work out how to take it off, so the only video we can use at the moment is Teletubbies Musical Playtime.

Help please!

Has it not just got two square blocks that you squeeze together?? Think that's what our type was like.
