In The Works (cheap bookshop) - really pleased because it was £60 in all the shops last xmas.

Also got 2 extra games for £2.99 each.

Does anyone have one of these? I'm tempted to get one for DS for xmas (he'll be 2). A bit put off by the huge reduction in price of console and games. Does that mean they're rubbish and Bandai are not going to invest any more money in them?

prettymummified · 16/10/2006 21:37

ive got one but not opening till tomorrow for dd birthday!

shazdisembodiedronnie · 16/10/2006 21:40

According to the Bubble website there are new games coming out soon, and lots of reviews from the press here

It looks great TBH

My DD is 2, she has the leappad for babies but she is too advanced for that and I dont really want to get her the next age up as it is for 3+

So this is ideal for her, especially with the games as she loves Tubbies, Tweenies and Noddy

I've bought one for dd for xmas, we got ours for £14.99 and a game for £4.99.

Im a bit worried that i wont be able to get hold of the games, maybe they are on offer because they are going to stop selling them in the shops!

WelshBoris · 17/10/2006 08:55

No Marne you can get the games in lots of places, online and in Toys R Us

and they are bringing out new games including..........

PINGU!!! I think my DD will hyperventilate with excitement!!

Blackduck · 17/10/2006 09:19

Reason it is cheap is because Bandi (the manufacturer) is no longer going to make them - thus there will also be no more games....

WelshBoris · 17/10/2006 09:21

For £14.99 and £4.99 for the games who cares?

Blackduck · 17/10/2006 09:25

agree WB - just passing on the info..

shazdisembodiedronnie · 17/10/2006 17:13

So, just make sure you get a couple of games at the same time, and no problem!

we ( more like i) played with our bubble today!! i got soo frustrated with it and im wondering how long it will take for my 2 year old dd to get the hang of it!!

you have to set the console so it sets with your dvd player! and its easy afterwards but it can be a bit annoying but at the price its selling its good for a child a bit older than 2!

mine came with a free teletubby game
