My brother got one for DS2 last christmas. They do make quite good chocolate coins, but......, there's always a but isn't there, it's very fiddly. You have to melt the choclate in the mould, and then set in the fridge. I always find that by the time i have got the chocolate out of the mould and into the paper it starts to melt again!

I wouldn't bother..the choc is hard to melt..i ended up putting it in microwave..and yes ..where do you get foil paper....waste of money..i was tempted to take mine back and write to manufacturer!

You can use normal kitchen foil and have a silver coin maker!

My ds wanted one last Christmas but I knew it would be a 5 minute wonder - so he got a little set of moulds + chocolate from M&S instead for a fiver - they have been in the drawer since last Christmas!
