no idea on how she can get her money back, she could sell it on ebay, they go well on there. i sold mine as i didnt like how easily it tipped over either.

Quinny have very good customer services.
If she emails them they will reply straight away, normally supplying a telephone number.

Yes was just about to post that.

It is Dorrel. I called them to buy a new matress for the carry cot they sell. They were very efficient.
