i think my kettle had gone to "Kettle heaven" as ....

the on light is working but its not boiling the water. i havent had my kettle that long about 2 yrs.

what had happened? as i last uses it last nite and it was fine

Sounds like the element has gone and it's time for a new kettle.
I have problems with irons - always needing to buy new irons. [aangry]

its so strange as i last used the kettle last nite but i turned the kettle on this morning for our first cuppa this morning and its dead! its died overnight??!!
