HELP! Where can I get a christening outfit for ds?

We found a gorgeous outfit for ds1 in a lovely little shop in the village near us. However, as luck would have it, we went today to get ds2's outfit and it closed down 2 weeks ago!

So now we're at a loss for where to go. We went to the Trafford Centre today and looked in Debenhams, Monsoon, M&S, all the obvious choices, but there was hardly anything, so now I'm panicking, as his christening is in 4 weeks.

He can't wear ds1's outfit as it's too small for him.

Any ideas anyone?
TIA

Look on ebay. Look up wedding or christening.

What about vertbaudet? They do some really nice stuff

Millie1 · 17/04/2004 21:14

Are you looking for something traditional? If so, I got a gorgeous romper for my DS from \linksundaybestchristening.com{}

They do traditional items plus some little sailor outfits etc - can be a bit pricey but the quality was great.

Hope you find something somewhere.

Definitely recommend Sunday Best - very good service.

Someone posted on another thread a great website: www.childrenssalon.co.uk worth a look definitely.

This is the Children's Salon christening section. Their linen stuff is particularly lovely.

I've found them to be quite efficient, too. Stuff arrived within about a week to 10 days.

you could try christeningstuff.co.uk

Can't remember the name of the site but I got a lovely Cacharel white linen suit for my son's naming a couple of years ago, how old is he?

I'd second vertbaudet. They have some lovely christening stuff plus they're online.
hope you find something
