I've used them a few times (and the shop before it closed down). No problems, friendly and helpful on the phone.

Also bought my Phil&Ted from them. Was a slight delay from the original quoted time, but they kept me informed throughout.

Personally didn't think they were great. Ordered a gift for someone which website said was in stock. After waiting three weeks I phoned to discover that it wasn't in stock and they had no idea when it would be. No email communication at all and they'd debited my card as soon as I placed the order. They credited the card straightaway but I was annoyed they'd taken the money with no stock available. Wasn't spending much money so it wasn't a big deal but def wouldn't use them again.
