oh this just reminds me - me and dh went for a lovely nosh last night and he went to the loo and came back chuckling to himself.

Seems urinals, years ago used to have a bluebottle or a fly printed in the porcelain to aim at. dh hadn't seen them for years but this joint had them in their loos!

now isn't that interesting ......

My boys are bloody clever. They have no problems aiming and they are only 3 and 5

Gobbledispook, oddly enough I made much the same boast when DSs were maybe 6 and 4. They never missed. They're 7 and 5 now and their aim is APPALLING.

Gobbledispook · 07/10/2006 15:01

Oh no!! Really?! Not good!

SoupDragon · 07/10/2006 15:05

Exactly. I boasted to my mother about it because I could remember my older brothers leaving puddles round the loo when they must have been older than my DSs were. Within 6 months, our family bathroom smelt like a public toilet. Sigh,

GhoulsToo · 07/10/2006 15:06

yes but gobble do you remember your brothers missing?

probably more when they started having a jar or four

Gobbledispook · 07/10/2006 15:09

Absolutely, Gobbledispook. There's no way I'm sharing my bathroom with badly aiming boys.
