Has anyone used Chips Away?

We have a scuff on the rear bumper of our white Vauxhall (my fault ) and we need to get it looked at. A family member mentioned using Chips Away... has anyone used them before and if so what was your experience, price, etc?

Used a couple, one excellent one overly expensive. One quoted over £300 and a local garage did it for less than £200.

I think they are franchises though, so the quality is bound to vary.
