Where can I get nice flanellette kids' duvet sets?

Want to get something warm and snuggly for ds for the winter - Tchibo have some nice double/ks ones for me but the singles are just in a check pattern, a bit boring.

Anyone seen any a bit funkier for a 6 year old boy?

M&S do lovely ones, ds has a thomas the tank engine one.
