51 minutes on quick wash
57 minutes when I add an extra rinse
1 hour 57 mins if I don't select quick wash

(it has a display I'm not a boringly bored housewife honest)

i dont actually know lol

i know my tumble dryer is 2 hours, so by the time the drying is finished, i know the load in the washing machine is ready to go in it lol

30 mins quick wash (30 degrees I think), 1 hr 58 full, normal wash (40 degrees, 1600 spin).

I think the better energy rated ones (ie the As and Bs) tend to take longer because their programmes are optimisted for efficiency / energy saving IYSWIM. If you find a program too long there is often a 'short' button you can press or a quicker program you can select.

I have aquick 40'c wash that takes 44 mins but it doens't spin very well so I always have to do it again so it takes an extra 10 minutes.

The one I usually use that 1.5 hours because it washes 6 kgs rather than the 3kgs the quick wash does.

I have no idea - I shove it in and go and play and come back to it later - a lot later

Bellie · 29/09/2006 08:41

my quick wash at 40 takes 31 mins, if it is on normal 40 it takes 54 mins.

schneebly · 29/09/2006 08:54

my 40 takes 2 hours!
my 60 takes 3 hours!!!!
I need a new machine!

NotActuallyAMum · 29/09/2006 09:23

Approximate times for ours:

40 = 1hr 20 mins
60 = 1hr 45 mins
90 = 2hr 10 mins

The machine is only 6 months old but it was the cheapest in the shop because IME expensive ones don't last any longer than cheap ones

trinityrhino · 29/09/2006 09:24

i have one of these new ones with a digitla display so it tells me how long it has to last...though strangley the last 1 minute takes at least 3!

i have a quick wash which lasts 30 mins
the daily wash which is 104 mins
and the regular 40 which takes 140 mins
