its all so complicated.
i just want a phone so that i can contact the school if i am stuck in traffic.
but i dont want the yucky cheappy 20pound, 18th century ones. whilst i dont want a flash fashion accessorry, i dont want to be the equivalent of a bag lady either.
help. its a minefield. there is soooo much bloody choice.
oh, and i have to be able to buy online so i canuse dh credit card.

don't get the samsung one (can't remember what it's number is, maybe d900) - the one with the 3 mega pixel camera. It's rubbish.

get yourself a nice bog standard nokia. can't go wrong.

if you just want a nice phone, no camera or whatever, the nokia 1600 gets great reviews. I almost bought it, but decided to get one with camera at last minute. Here's a review. Sorry, absence of backslash mean I can't do links, you'll have to c&p

I like the Sony Ericssons - I've got the K750i which is one of the older ones now.

Did use to like Samsungs but haven't had one for a while.

For use in traffic ... I guess that means the car, so get a bluetooth one & a headset or the sony ericssons come with a handsfree kit that plugs in the bottom of the phone & you can set it up so that when this is plugged in it will use voice recognition to dial the number that you say.

Don't know if its any good ot you, but I've jsut bought a new phone and my old one is going begging - I'll get £10 trade in for it, so you can have it for that plus post if you want it.
