Can anyone recommend a cheap sling/wrap...

perhaps from an ebay seller? I've heard a few of them make their own ring sling type things but I wouldn't know what I'm looking for as I've never used this kind of sling. Fancied it for the wee one when he\she arrives in Feb but also thought I could try it out with DS who is 14 months and a friends 2 month old in the meantime...

There's a sling called a Coorie which is handmade by a mum in Scotland working from home. I bought one a couple of years ago to use with my then 15mo dd and it was only about £7. I'll see if I can find a url for you.

I found it a very good sling, BTW, and will probably be using it with my newborn (when he or she arrives).

Maybe I misremember - it's rather more expensive than £7! An excellent sling, nonetheless.
