On of my tyres fell off my winter london buggy and I was forced to buy another tyre at a cost of 6.00 as they only guarantee their buggys for 6 months. (mine is 8 months old) Whilst putting it on, my dh found that another of the tyres was loose.

I was annoyed about this as there are 8 tyres on these pushchairs so sent an email to Chicco. This was the reply:-

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your e-mail.

I am afraid that the price charged to you by Kindercare is decided by themselves and as the item is out of guarantee it is not unreasonable that they have chosen to charge you.

However as a gesture of goodwill, on this occasion only, I will arrange for a free of charge replacement to be sent to you. Please provide an address you would like it sending to.

On this occasion only, there are 8 wheeels on these buggys FFS. I am not impressed that this company only expect their buggys to last 6 months and would never buy one again. Oh and in the first original email which was me complaining that I had to pay for the first tyre, they just referred me back to the supplier and were no help at all. Customer care not very good.
