Bed advice for dd1 3 please.

DD1 age 3 needs a new bed.Not much space so going for mid-sleeper.

So which is better metal or wood?

We have a small wooden cabin bed from argos. It is three years old and I am constantly having to glue or screw the thing back together so wouldn't recommend argos wooden beds.

metal one not recommended for under 6's .

LIZS I did see that but its nearly the same height as the wood one and bars prevent falling out.

Ruby I think dd2 is more likely to climb up and chew it!! I don't know where else to look for a cheap bed.(except Ikea but i can't get there!)
