What car to get?

I am clueless about cars...I drive a battered old vauxhall Corsa and it has been fine for me and my step kids up until now. My DSS is now 6'3" at 14 and my DSD is near 5'8" at 13 - both of them seem to be still growing Shock. I am also 16 weeks pregnant so have come round to the idea that my trusty little Corsa might have had its day! DP drives a motorbike and a camper van......very practical Grin

I do have access to a company car (for which I currently take the cash benefit for) so am thinking of ordering one.

What would your recommendations/wish list be?

Dh has a new shape ford focus Zetec s in green he loves it & we find it's quite spacious.
I've got a Bmw 5 series which is comfy & spacious and nice to drive however am wanting a range rover sport. Would avoid Golfs as all 3 of the ones we had went wrong a lot and cost a bomb to fix even though dh a mechanic Hmm

Oh another one about to recommend the Ford Focus. Im only 5'2 but dh is 6'3 and very comfy in it. My dad regularly borrows it and is a bit of a car snob and he loves driving it.

Good thing about Fords is the ease and accessibilty (and therefore price!) of parts for repairs.

I have had many Toyota cars and have always been really lovely to drive and reliable.
