....that cost a lot and don't do what they are supposed to? Just spent ?40 on new foundation and powder from BeneFit and they are no good. I explained to the (very young) assistant in Boots that I wanted to eradicate shine and these products don't do it! Feeling a bit miffed. Is there anything I can do (apart from flog 'em on Ebay).

I don't know if I'm up for the fight....Having said that the BeneFit web site says that you can send stuff back if it doesn't work so it might be worth a try!

I took back Benefit's lip plump to Boots and told the sales assistant that i thought it didn't do what it promised and they gave me back my money! I'd give returning it a go if I were you

I took back lipstick to boots as colour was terrible away from shop lights. Explained to women who gave me a refund and wrote on it I was allergic to it, the only reason they will reund she said.
