We just bought a Britax Evolva Ultra 123 from Halfords to replace a Britax Rennaisance which didn't fit very well in the Zafira Mk1 (05 plate 3 pt belt in middle rear seat).
We've only had for a week and used it 3 or 4 times and the material where the backs of her leg are is pulling and looking well used. We contacted Britax who said the onus is on the store, so we went back to Halfords who agreed to change the seat, but they had none in stock and would order one in. As they were getting a new one from Britax, I could pick a different colour to the one they normally stock, but they are all the same kind of material.
Has anyone else had problems like this?
