I used to spend hours watching it too.

Aarrrggghhhh - we got addicted a couple of years ago. Now have loads of unwanted items around the house eg: 4 extra sets of curtains, two massage chairs, a breadmaker, 2 HUGE rugs and about 65 wildlife DVDs - and we couldn't afford any of them!

SSD, put down the remote, step away from the tv - and don't look back!!!!

Post the birth of DS, with new free view box I too was once hooked. No longer thank chirst. You will get over it I am sure. Buying something from there was the cure for me.... .

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

It's starting all over again!

chocolatemummy · 26/09/2006 18:17

if you have NTL its 177 its a nightmare, i am not even a big jewellry
wearer but the stuff they sell, some of it is amazing and it goes so cheap

Busyalexsmummy · 26/09/2006 20:48

ahhh, but what most people dont take into consideration is that the p+p is £7.99!! or more for whatever you buy, so yes, a cool parker pen for £5 is a great buy, but then when you add on the p+p and it comes to in excess of £12.99 then you realise you can go to an actual shop and buy it cheaper! dont get hooked!

I was asked out by one of the presenters on price-drop tv a long time ago - I turned him down! Can you imagine the life I turned down - freebies galore!

biglips · 26/09/2006 20:51
