Days of the week knickers

Anybody know anywhere we I can get some? I've tried Mothercare, Woolworths, Primark and H&M. Dd2 is learning to read and needs new knickers. We thought we could kill 2 birds with 1 stone!

don't do it - you'll only get confused on Thursday when you can only find Tuesday's knickers.

Flamesparrow · 26/09/2006 15:56

Like the theory, but can see it going horribly wrong (the tantrums over missing Tuesday etc that SD has suggested)

I got some days of the week pants for my DS from mothercare. I only bought them because they were a bargain!
I would imagine they have the girls knickers too.

CarolinaMoon · 26/09/2006 15:59

why does she need to read her knickers?

Belo · 26/09/2006 17:00

I had them as a kid and loved them. (Am I the only one?) I've given up on trying to find ones to fit me, just concentrating on dd1's size now.

See your point SD, but if we pick out the day of the week together it shouldn't go wrong in theory... Even if we only do it for a couple of weeks it shoudl help with her reading.

I've tried Mothercare Pinkchampagne. I've looked on their website and they haven't got them and when I asked in store the sales assistant didn't know what I was talking about.

DS has some Postman Pat ones from M&S, but to be honest we don't read the days of the week, he wears whichever one I pull out of the draw

TaraPalmerTomkinsonsNose · 26/09/2006 17:31

they are made by trumpette - look at thess finny socks

TaraPalmerTomkinsonsNose · 26/09/2006 17:33

here they are

Belo · 27/09/2006 09:24

Oh, they're so cute but would be too small for DD1. Even for dd2 now. Lapsedrunner, I've tried M&S.

Do I give up?
