I really cab't decide between here between the fairyland stuff and the castle.

Fairyland stuff is twee but it is is larger scale than the castle thus easiuer for little fingers to play with it and there are more bits (we can add to it for Xmas etc) thus making it easier for multi-children play

The castle is smaller and the figures to go with it you can't move, but will it have longer play value - ie will it last longer.

Have pissed dh and my mother off for being undecided for so long!

How old is DD?

My 4yo DD would much prefer the fairyland things to the castle, but she is very girly.

Well its actually for my 2 year old - but as we have a house full of stuff for 2 year olds we aim to get something we don't have for her and the 4 year old to play with (she is very similar age to your Molly). WEll if you think your dd would like that then maybe that is what I should get!
