guest bed - help needed!

We have no room not a corner nor a slither to spare. We have rubbish mattresses on our beds and a guest folding bed which is next to useless. Also have a settee bed whish is also useless. Need something that can be used for a single guest and have them waking up from a comfortable night's sleep not with a bad back as happens right now! HELP anyone else had this problem and solved it? We need to replace the children's beds with cabin beds and that will make changing even one bed to a firmer bed impossible. Can't afford to change our bed and offer guests that just for a few nights besides it makes too much swopping round and guest feels they are putting us out. Sorry will stop rambling just wondering if anyone can suggest anything that will solve our dilemma thanks for reading this far!

They have a stow away bed in a supplement with yesterdays telegraph whihc was apparently really comfy and closed up quite small. If not what about one from GLTC or somewhere like that whcih can be used as a chair in the DCs room and then pulled out as a bed when people come to stay??
