you do have to pay for any returns though

DontlookatmeImshy · 23/09/2006 21:21

I ordered somestuff from KC last week. Ordered in the morning. Emails and voice/text thingy on the phone around 7pm to say it hadbeen dispatched and should arrive tomorrow. Everything arrived around 10am next morning (although timing may depend on the courier).

Would definately use them again

No problems here either

Kiddicare are fab

PatsyJ · 25/09/2006 09:47

Kiddicare are fab and much cheaper than most. I am sure they used to do free delivery on everything but now it seems to be over £50 (ordered some stuff yesterday myself).

One watch out though is, like GB said, you have to pay for returns yourself and take them to post office (no courier returns) and you have to tell them that you want the refund returned to your card otherwise they will put it on 'account' for you . I had this once - was waiting ages for a refund and then had to call them on their 'premium line' to be told it had gone onto 'account'.... Didn't think this was the norm tbh!

However, overall they are great

I bought a Maclaren Quest from Kiddicare and it was delivered on time, as promised - v good price too

BettySpaghetti · 25/09/2006 10:08

Good prices, good communication from them (emails)and super-quick delivery.

WelshBoris · 25/09/2006 19:42

Yes, best online shop I have used. And that includes Next, ELC and Argos

Paid for a toddlers bed for my DD on the Friday, it was delivered on the Tuesday

Pink toddler bed with built in bedguards, mattress, quilt, pillow and duvet cover all for £100 and free delivery

They texted and emailled me to say it was on its way.

Excellent company
