I've started using them instead of ASDA and I'm really really impressed.

I had my first delivery from Sainsbury's for a year last week - I stopped using them because they weren't very good, but decided to give them another try.

They were over an hour late, didn't let me know they were going to be late, couldn't find the house (even though they were parked outside it!), both drivers came in and used the loo before they brought my shopping in (and left the seat up ...) then didn't bother washing their hands before they brought my shopping in, they didn't have the voucher number for me to claim my £10 back for being late, there were dozens of substitutions but the drivers didn't give me time to hand back the ones I didn't want ... and then when I unpacked my shopping the fruit and veg were manky, most of the fresh stuff was extremely short-dated, and half of it was missing.

I won't be using them again ... but they might not be so bad where you are [hopeful emoticon]

i love sainsburys - yes occasionally they are late, but food wise it is a lot better and fresher than tescos in comparison.
