My dishwasher cycle is 3 hours long. Does this sound right????

Mine's two, I think.

I use an "auto" programme and that's always between 98 and 104 mins (varies according to the dirtiness of the load).

3 hours sounds a bit long !

longest on mine is an hour and a half, but we tend to use the 56 minute one. three hours does sound like a long time.

sounds very long. think mine's about 1.5 - 2 hrs and that seems like an age.

My eco program is 1hr 19mins, normal around 2hrs.

Sounds a bit long to me. I guess you don't still have the instructions?

Did it come with a fitted kitchen? I only have 2 options - filthy or dirty! And I've never timed it as put it on as I go to bed but it does seem quite long.

Clean the filter, that might help. Else the element is perhaps on way out so takes forever to heat the water to temp IYSWIM. I presume it doesn't have a v. aggressive 'Eco' mode, which might make things take an age but save on the leccy.
