Its the first time I have used ebay, I bought a photo-printer for my dd. It arrived today and it isn't compatable with her camera and when I sent a picture via blue-tooth to it the result was a faded ghostly image.
It was brand new from a company selling on ebay, am I entitled to my money back if I sent it back?
