Should I get a back carrier with wheels (ie buggy combo)?

I need a new little buggy as mine has broken and thought one of those back carriers with wheels on the bottom might be a practical option for taking public transport. Does anybody have one and have any comment? Do you know who makes them and where to get them?

Not sure they're made anymore. Mothercare had them when ds was little but that was about 8 years ago now. Think Tomy or Chicco made one too. SIL had the mothercare one and think they found it a pain tbh as did neither function well.
