Does anybody have a bed from Argos and is it ok?

Thinking of buying one - we only need it to last about 2 years but the mattress needs to be nice and firm. Also, does anyone know which mattress is which? They are called things like 'comfort mattress'and 'deluxe mattress'but it doesn't say what they are like.

Thanks in advance (I hope!)

Sorry Astro, I've bought a sofa from them and it was absolutely fine, that was nearly three years ago. I imagine deluxe would be more firm. If you find when you have it you don't like it they will uplift it no bother and no charge.

We bought children's cot, bed and bunk bed and two guest beds (one under the other) and they are all fine. The little bed was used by DS for about 2 years and now by DD. The bunk bed is still fine after 1 year or so, the guest beds were used for ages (one became DS's bed for a while). We only changed the cot mattress for DD and wish we hadn't bothered because she didn't spend more than 5 nights in it. I'd go for the most expensive mattress you can afford.

Both dses beds are from Argos and are fine. Had one for 4 years and the other for 2. Easy to put together (I did one of them single-handedly) and sturdy. Can't advise on adult mattresses, but the childrens' were the bog standard ones (in case of wee accidents) and have been fine.
