Mothercare Phoenix Tandem any views

Baby due in Jan, there will be an 18month gap between new baby and DS. This tandem seems to be the roomyist as DS is a big boy (heavy and tall which is why twins are out-too narrow!)) but would love to hear from anyone hwo has one.

A bit worried about the fact that the back seat has only 2 seat positions (not a prob for the front as DS never sleeps in the buggy as he is too busy looking at everything).

Also looked at Graco Stadium Duo in BabiesRUs but mothercare one seems better quality and is lighter, I think.

The phoenix tandem is fine , It's fairly bulky when folded down, and on the heavy side to lift - having said that, the big wheels make it easy to push and (especially when the front hood has been removed) it's not rediculously long. You can also buy a co-ordinating car seat, or if you already have a fairly new graco one, use that. The stadium duo is basically the same thing - both made by graco

Cheers Fayness! Unfortunatly I have a maxi cosi cabrio car seat so guess I wont be fixing that to it!
